Finally got my Nano Gym Supreme exercise chair out for the first time to try to figure things out and get started. When I got to the exercises on the chart that required standing, I was standing on the footplate, but the back of the chair tilted forward.
I know I'm going to do a V-8 slap to my forehead if anybody better explains this, but am I correct that you either have to be sitting on the chair or leaning against it with arms or backs of legs to balance the thing? It's fully extended, as far as set-up, and I've searched the chart for info, even went online, but I'm either overlooking it or it just isn't there. DVD was missing when I opened box. Beginning to think it's an omen I should be a couch potato!
Thanks for any help.

You have to be either sitting on the chair or standing on the foot plate with your body weight on the back rest with your hand while using the bands.

@SilleeMee That's what I was thinking. Nothing to weigh down the back if you're not sitting on the seat. Thanks so much for responding!
