Good Morning: I am dealing with eye problems and slow typing. I have a Cubii Jr 2 that I love. Just purchased the recent TSV for the Cubii Go: still in processing but indicated delivery date of 1/31/25. I thought exercise thread would be good to share information and keep everyone motivated. Thanks.

Hi Southernbee i also ordered the cubii and it should be here the same time as yours. I am 78 and trying to lose some weight. I do walk in my house for at least 30 minutes most day. I am looking forward to the cubii. I pray you do well and I will be praying for you. Have a blessed day. Jean

@SouthernBee in the Wellness forum is a thread called "Welcome to the February exercise thread" (or something like that). The ladies are very nice there, and I'm sure they would welcome your daily contributions to their thread. They are very encouraging. I don't post there often, because my workouts are the same day after day...but I do read it from time to time.

@jeandoll1 : Thank you. I appreciate your kind thoughts and prayers. I will be praying for you and your success.
I am 70 and using a walker. I am counting my Blessings. Before the holidays I used the cubii while watching tv and loss 10 pounds. I need to get back on schedule.

@Ainhisg : Thank you. I looked at that thread but was thinking since my exercise was totally different with the cubii probably consider another thread.
I really need to get going, doing more and eating healthier.

@SouthernBee of course, you're welcome to do what you wish, but I think the ladies there would be very encouraging for you. I recently bought a mini stepper, which I love, and it is a small piece of equipment like the Cubi. I posted about it there, and the ladies were very encouraging and welcoming. Good for you for getting back on the horse with your exercising!

@Ainhisg : Thank you. This is so exciting and encouraging.
I have a recumbent bike but with a bad back had trouble trying to get on the bike. My three doctors suggested the cubii. I purchase d my first cubii on QVC and was excited to see the Cubii Go since the old one is heavy and difficult to move. Have fun using your mini stepper.ā¤

Just a thought...maybe a thread for those of us that are older and/or physically challenged. Maybe even including those who might be undergoing physical therapy temporarily or longer.
It could include the Cubii along with other exercise aids that people have found useful. And ideas of how to exercise besides just the usual walking, running, yoga, etc.
I hope people will see this and give more input and then you can go from there.

@SouthernBee - We would love to have you post on the monthly exercise thread. I have a Cubii and use it and am recovering from knee replacement surgery. All of us on that thread are at different levels of exercise and fitness so don't worry about that. We are all different ages but most of us are over 60. We talk about healthy eating and encourage each other whereever you are with your fitness and exercise. Even when healthy, I'm not always consistent in my exercising but the ladies there are still encouraging and supportive.
Do whatever you feel most comfortable with. Just wanted you to know that you are most welcome to post in our monthly thread. As @bopper of the group says - "motion is lotion" and "rest is rust." LOL Thank you @Ainhisg for recommending the exercise thread.

@geezerette : You have some excellent suggestions. I can't get my thoughts together and clearly express what I and so many others need. Thank you .ā¤
You know my history and physical struggles . Trying to set up my home Physical Therapy/ Exercise area with a schedule and better eating.
