Andrew's Circulation & Vein support. anyone use?

the reviews on HSN are almost all 5 stars, but a lot of them sound almost a little too excited about this product. I always look at reviews before I buy something, but I thought I would ask here also , for some unbiased opinions. if it does what the reviewers say, it's something I would be interested in.
