Andrew Lessmans Essential Multi-Vitamin.......

For those that take this supplement do you take any extra supplements such as vitamin D or calcium? I'm so tired of taking this and that along with my daily meds! ARGH!
I'd love to be able to just take ONE vitamin and be done with it! Maybe that's not possible as we age... dunno. I'm 50 if that matters. I'm pretty new to his world but so far, so good!
