The prices of almost everything is up. I've cutback in many areas. My core supplements from AL is usually brought in the largest size and lasts for at least a year. I am using up what I have but there are some I do not need to reorder. I was thinking about alternating Vita-hustle with my supplements to stretch them out even further. If I remember correctly AL supplements are good for at least two years when stored properly.

I also added his bar soaps which I love and I have more than enough of both scents that I brought at the special price.

I said AI was wrong, I am 74 an I knew he is a few years younger.
