@LTT1    I started taking his Phytoceramides about a year and a half ago because I started to see my skin thinning and bruising easily.   Since I have been taking them (and yes they are expensive but worth it) the results have been nothing short of amazing.

Good to know! Me too! I took and entire bottle (overtime lol) and they really helped my skin and system.

I did a re-order recently.

Plus additionally astaxathin, which was really helpful the first order!

 

To add: I never got COVID either‼️ Took two doses (very far apart) then stopped with that.
