I love Andrew's vitamins & supplements and take several. My question is has he ever talked about interaction? Or when is the best time to take a particular vitamin or supplement. I know he mentions putting collagen in coffee which I do in the am but I've been wondering if they could cancel each other out if not taken properly or if the benefits could be better if taken at optimum times

Yes, he has talked about interaction frequently, and has mentioned the best time to take his supplements. For instance, the cranberry is best in the evening before going to bed.

I have heard him say if you take his Cranberry caps to take them at night. If you take Cholesta Care take 2 just before the heaviest meals of the day.

And everything else he says to taken when you will most likely remember to take them every day.
