I'm sure it tastes wonderful but a little pricey if you figure the per piece price.

How much of it do you have to eat to get all those "health benefits"????

One square.

I'll bet it tastes great but I don't consume sugar so I am unlikely to ever try it. I do love chocolate though.

I have been taking plant sterols for many years in pill form to control cholesterol. I take 3 grams per day for good results, that would mean eating at least 4 to 5 of his chocolates per day, which would also be over 10 grams of fat.

If you get the 300 count it comes out to 40 cents a piece.  Which for organic, fair trade chocolate is a good price.

Actually Amdrew said 2 squares/day  to get the 10-25% cholesterol reduction.

FYI for willdob3 - Andrew said he is coming out with a 91% dark chocolate so that may be something to consider if you are interested in the benefits his chocolate offers.

I'm actually very disappointed that Andrew is following the cholesterol is bad crowd. It's all been proven incorrect. Big money maker though.

Yes, I heard about the 91% but it will still have sugar in it. I do not consume sugar.

I don't eat (added) sugar either . . .

Do the math.

Sounds like a great product. I would buy it because it has all these health benefits and we love chocolate ,but I am  on a budget now for a while,so I will buy later.

I got only Tumeric  400.
