I've decided I'm done with all these supplements.  I've been a customer for years, but I am realizing these are making little difference in how I feel or test results.  Guess I'll finally start listening to my doctors, who downplay all this.  One told me the only docs who endorse supplements are the ones who sell them.  LOL.  Yep!  We're all looking for that magic pill.
