NOT to derail the thread, but I've wondered about COQ10 and what it actually does that would cost-justify the purchase of a single-ingredient supplement.

If anyone takes it regularly and has noticed the intended "difference" ... can you tell me what that was?

I can't say that I notice any difference BUT our GP Doctor stresses that he wants my husband and me to take supplemental COQ10 because statins tends to cause a significant reduction in CoQ10 levels, both in blood and tissues.

I am only on 10mg of statins but my husband is on a much larger dose. So our Doctor regularly makes sure my husband takes COQ10.

@Laura14 😀. It's still hot here but I don't even care if they arrive melted. I called ProCaps once and they told me it doesn't affect anything but the appearance. I couldn't care less what it looks like. 👍
