Re: Andrew Lessman's Feb schedule

FIgator - there is nothing wrong with farm raised seafood as long as it comes from a responsible fish farm.  Considering we are wiping out wild fish, especially the Krill supplements are stealing food from whales, seals and other creatures, I'd rather eat farm raised.  The commercial fishing going on right now is not sustainable and a crime.

I trust Andrew and the fact that his vitamins are in capsules and fresh ingredients.  I ordered the Essentials 1 with added CoQ10 and Vitamin D.....we all need that vitamin D.  I do like the flex pays as well as ordering through Mr. Rebates.  I just received a $5.39 rebate for my order so that helps as well.

I have concerns about many of his supplements.  The multivitamin has too high levels of some vitamins.  If you take several different supplements it's easy to overdose.  Consumer Lab has an excellent article on Multis and maximum levels.

I have always been wondering about this.  Our body can only absorb certain (small) amounts of these supplements.  So I guess those of us, myself included, just have very expensive urine.

@TW

Some have written here that his supplements contain too little amounts. Others say there is too much (which ones do you think are too high?)

I was thinking about this just the other day, and quite frankly, I am glad he keeps amounts of critical elements (such as vit E) low so his clients don’t get too much of any product.
