Did you ever get the vax?  Do you think the dormant shingles virus was affected by your stopping the probiotic?

I never did get vax. I don't like needles so doubt this will ever happen.

Haven't had any type of vaccine since the 60's when we moved to Hawaii. 

Yes, I believe my Immunity was lowered when I stopped the Probiotic so I got Shingles.

So much relies on gut health.  Things we would never associate it with.  Healthy gut, healthy immunity, healthy person.  

I don't take Andrew's probiotic, but I take a good one that is is pre and probiotic.
