Re: Andrew Lessman Vit D3 TSV?

@Mary Baily I don’t know what you’re paying for Lessman’s D3 but I love the one I take by Dr Berg and it’s 5000 IU of D3 plus K2 which is necessary for the D3 to be absorbed. I have auto delivery from Amazon. I always feel bad promoting a non QVC/HSN product but the prices and free shipping from Amazon are unbeatable.

I'd avoid this one.  D3 should always be paired with K2 in order to support both bone and cardiovascular health.  The K2 will increase the absorption of calcium and direct it to the bone but away from arteries.  Without the K2 arteries can stiffen.

Great price!

@Mary Bailey - I know Dr. Berg recommends high amounts of Vitamin D but please be cautious.  I knew someone who thought if some is good, more is better.  She ended up in the ER with severe stomach pains and vitamin D toxicity.

@JeanLouiseFinch   Thanks & that's so true.  All those YT people seem to recommend more of everything from supplements to cosmetics. LOL.   I'll be careful.

I've had Vit D deficiency and had to have Rx of Vit D.  They told me to amp it up after the last Rx ran out.  I'll be interested in results of next blood work.

Did you look on hsn.com?  Lessman is on almost every month and there are a lot of sales then.

I see a specialist because of a brain disease. She said "less is better" with a lot of supplements. Our bodies expel most of the excess but they can also cause issues with many ailments, including brain issues.
