At HSN I un-hearted all of his products except Ultimate Eye.

i didn't say this earlier, but you make a very good point. having too many supplements can become problematic. and i wanted to thank you for sharing your story. i am sure that it will help others, especially people new like me.

wow! i am sorry to hear that you have stopped taking everything.

before i started taking his supplements last october, i made a list of what i wanted.

reality set it and i realized that if i bought everything on the list, in addtion to being broke, i would be spending a good portion of the day just taking supplements.  i quickly cut the list by at least 80% to my must haves.

right now, i have 6 supplements (i think). i only take 2 of them every day, and the others, at most 4 days a week. i also do take eat the choco nuove almost every day.

last night, i ordered the essential 1 vitamin and the iron plus. i will take the essential 1 every day and the iron at most few days a week. i go through phases of taking iron. i know when i need it and when i don't.

prior to starting this, i knew that many supplements have a cumulative effect.

maybe try something similar and just take 3 a day.

i use a 2 week pill case to space the pills out, if that makes sense and i put a post it on each bottle to know how many to put in for each week, 'cause there is no way i would remember all of this. like i said, i only started in october, but so far this "system" works for me.

@World Traveler

add this to your to do list (smile)

@iwrite   good point.  I will try to set that up!

Thank You

@mousiegirl   I agree.  When I went off the D, it was the extra D supplements.  I still took the daily Essential One which had 2000IU in it......and I didn't stay out of the sun LOL.  I hope your level is down below 100.  Smiley Wink

Re: Andrew Lessman TS 2-24-19

This time I am going to make a point of listening to his time with Andrew on Monday (think that is when it is). I understand that is more of an informational only type of show and not so much presenting any single product; is that correct? Kind of a "general health" show?

Re: Andrew Lessman TS 2-24-19

I ordered one each of the largest size TS. 1000 in the Essential vitamin. I also decided to try Breast Heslth. Did not need to replenish anything else. I feel my health is better taking his supplements.

Re: Andrew Lessman TS 2-24-19

I ordered two of the 400 count Essentials.

Last week I ordered and have received the CholestaCare - I purchased

that from Lessman's site, and I purchased the Omega 3 from Amazon.

Price was a little better.

Did you buy the 2 Essentials just for you or you and your significant other.  On the fence about buying 2 just for me.

Re: Andrew Lessman TS 2-24-19

I take a few meds, that require blood work every month or so. I  was taking vitamin D 2000 every day. The doctor told me to stop taking it. Please talk to your doctor before taking mega amounts of supplements.
