@Nightowlz @tends2dogs @World Traveler @mousiegirl

Here are my test results for Vitamin D.

This was the most expensive test run ($250). Vit D testing, for me, used to be routine, but not in the last two years.

So, by taking Lessman Calcium, I feel confident that it has been effective.

PS Received my AL iron capsules today!

@LTT1   Are you talking about Vitamin D or Vitamin D3?

@LTT1  Yes I am sure they will. My conversation started due to osteoporsis questions I was asking..The CS asked what all I was taking of Andrew's products, I told her, & she has guided me anytime I have a question..You can ask anyone, I just like this lady as we kind of have some of the same things...Smiley Happy...good luck, we love Andrew's products in our home..

@mousiegirl

I am sorry, I don’t know about Vitamin D! All I know is that this test is what my doctor ordered.

Would you please explain about Vitamin D to me?

This test says “hydroxy.” Does this mean hydroxy is part of the Vit D group?

@tends2dogs  I haven't compared the two, but I use the 2000 IU of Vitamin D3, and I made that decision after listening to Andrew last year. I can't remember what he said that made it the deciding factor for me to go with the 2000, but at the time it made sense. ha!

I will be sure to listen to the presentation carefully to learn why he offers two different formulas.

@World Traveler

see, that is why you 1) need to write down what andrew says and 2) order his memory & brain supplement - LOL , sorry, i couldn't resist that one.

i write this supplement information in one of those notebooks with a cardboard like cover, 'cause the chances of the pages falling or getting ripped out are slim to none

last year, i did a little research on vitamin d3 and what i saw/read repeatedly is that 2,000 iu is best amount suited to maintain an acceptable amount of d3, without going crazy and that 4,000 is the max one should take to stay out of trouble, as too much d3 can be toxic.

also last year during the co-q 10 tsv, andrew talked a lot about vitamin d3 and recommended the 2,000 iu amount for people that weren't getting any from taking another supplement.

the older one gets (not saying that you are old), the more vit d3 they need, as well as the more one stays indoors or lives where there is not a lot of sun (like winters in the north east), the more one needs. plus, it's good for helping to prevent osteoporosis (or however you spell it)

Re: Andrew Lessman TS 2-24-19

I only needed the 180 size of the K2-MK7!

I don’t recall what was going on with me last year but I’ve had lots of leftovers and have been buying smaller amounts of most of them. Strange. But next year I’ll be back to buying the largest size so I’ll enjoy the savings for now.
