Re: Andrew Lessman Shows (and his blog) - October 2016

[ Edited ]

@bebe777

Thank you for the schedule. I always use his visits to either re-stock, or to pick up the TS if it's one that I enjoy. I need to re-stock my Breast Health supplement, because my current supply will not last till January when he returns again with his next TS. I was worried that I would miss the October show, because I will be out of the country on Vacation.

I can now plan accordingly due to your posting.

I was thinking about Lessman's multivitamins the other day.  Can you open up the capsules and pour the contents into a cup of coffee or whatever?  I don't take my multivitamin often because it is like swallowing a piece of stone gravel.  I can call Lessman's info line if no one knows.  I don't have the most balanced diet, so a multivitamin is important.

@Ms X I am presuming you can because he often demos doing just that.  He opens the capsules and pours the powder onto a countertop.  However, you may want to call his CS to be sure you can do that for all of his capsules.  😊

Thanks so much, @BExplorer!  I'm going to call so that I know ahead of time.  That would be the ultimate for me, as I can't stand those rock-like multivitamins.  I'm lucky if I take them twice a week because they're so unpleasant to swallow.

Re: Andrew Lessman Shows (and his blog) - October 2016

I have been using AL supplements, in a big way, for years and years. Just now, though, I placed an order with Evine for Dubrow's Multi-vitamin Beauty Glow. The multi even has luetin and Zxzanthin and minerals.

I've never used another supplement except Andrew's for years. The cost for l80 capsules is $72.00. I'm down low on AL's and thought this would be a good time to give it a try. Fingers crossed.

Definitely call, but I would say some that you probably can't do that with most of them because of where they need to disintegrate (stomach, intestines, wherever) plus there's probably something to slow release vs absorbing it in one shot.

I know this is true for many medications so it may be true for supplements as well.

@Ms X Andrew's capsules are specially designed/formulated to be easy to swallow. I doubt they would be a problem for you. Most people are pleasantly surprised. While you could open them and add them to liquids the taste might not be the most desirable one.

I'm surprised he isn't offering his Immune Support as TS in October. Maybe he will offer special pricing on it instead. I need to stock up on that & am almost out of Ultimate Friendly Flora, too.

I rarely get sick even w/o taking immune support supplements but, with co-workers who are seemingly intent on infecting as many people as possible with all sorts of things instead of staying home when they are sick, I like to stack my odds.

@Ms X I don't see any reason why you could not open the capsule to take it. I don't know about putting it in hot coffee. You may not like the taste of some of them either. Since his products are all powder in these capsules they start dissolving before they hit my stomach. I have had them start dissolving in my throat & I started coughing & powder came out of my nose. Yuck gross it tasted horrible. This was with his circulation vein support. They taste nasty.
