@Nightowlz  I see his CoQ10 has vitamin D3, so people taking this, should not take the daily essential as it has 2000 D3.

I take the CoQ10 with D3 2000 IU plus I take his Essential 1 with 2000 IU.

I was taking more than that but stopped. I had labs done & my levels are fine. There is also 200 IU in his Eye Support I take.

DH was taking a 4000 IU capsule plus CoQ10. He started taking the Essentail1 so stopped taking the 4000 IU by itself & takes a total of 4000 IU daily.

Just have labs done to check your levels.

@Nightowlz  Lab results are why I and DH began taking less of D3, used to take 5000 and the Essential, which I hadn't realized had 2000, and I do use Ultimate Eye Support. My number was 121.  I highly support D3, so will see what my number is this year in a few weeks and go from there.

What was your D3 level?  I am curious to seethe comparison to mine and if my doctor is overreacting.

I don't see any D3 in his Eye Support but there is 200 IU in the Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails. But that's for two capsules.

121 is too high. Mine was 65 ng/ml. I go by this chart.

The once or twice I have ordered AL through A they shipped from Procaps.  As mentioned, the shipping charge was the same but I will go back and compare the taxes.
