A word on the Breath+

 

I love this product.  However, I don't recommend buying the large bottle because the outter part gets hard and it's hard to crack it open if you want to chew one and discard the outter shell.

 

Now, Andrew wants you to just swallow them, but I follow the Colleen method and I chew one and swallow one.  Andrew cringes whenever Colleen talks about chewing it. 

 

Basically you crack it open in your mouth and discard the outter shell.
