This is what I take, wild caught fish, no tilapia. It says to take 3 a day but I find 2 is enough. Get it on amazon or ebay, who ever has a better price. I don like using powders so my first choice is always caps.

Pecky, you are my kind of girl, no hesitation, just jump right in !! I have tried many but this brand is very comprehensive, potent formula,  and I like the wild caught fish, not farm raised. Good price too for 180, like I said I personally feel that 1500 mg is adequate in one day so I only take 2, but if you want to do 3 perfectly fine. Let me know how it goes, Shel

There are a ton of brands out there but all in all I feel this is a very good one. You could spend days doing research but trust me I have done a lot of it for you already !!! I dont like powders since I really dont have much to put them into based on my eating and drinking.
