@Laura14 The way I do it is to use the ChocoNuvo each day. But when I am traveling, I take the pills with me so I don't have chocolate melting in my suitcase or purse! ha! But the chocolate squares are the best way to take something good for me.

My next annual physical is October. I am really hoping this works for me. @World Traveler

@Laura14 Oh, yes, I quite understand. My 100-year-old mother is similar, but I call her the Gracie Allen of our times. Are you familiar with George Burn's wife, Gracie? Everything she said made sense, but it was just funny how it came out. That's MY mom!

@World Traveler Stop it!! I chained myself to the tub and had a sniper watch me until midnight. I did not order any more Choco Nuvo but I am not responsible for my actions come October.

I know George better than her. I don't think I ever saw anything she ever did and only really knew about her from his tagline. But yes that generation is my life at home.

Sometime when you have nothing else to do, there are probably old George and Gracie (think that was the name of the TV show) programs on TV; definitely should be on YouTube. You would love listening to her. She actually makes a lot of sense, just like Sophia.

@World Traveler Don't tempt me. They gave me a small stuffed bunny at work this morning. I could get arrested right now and banned for life if I started down that path...you have no idea how much fun I have with inanimate objects and bringing them to life.
