Andrew Lessman Carnislim liquid

Has anyone had success from this liquid vitamin? its supposed to aide in fat burn all day.  Also, how much is too much of his vitamins? I take 3 different ones with each meal. I am only 37 and feel that I may be doing damage to my liver with all of these supplements that I am constantly swallowing. I take the essential one with a hair, skin and nails and healthy vein support in the am....a vitamin d, second healthy vein support, and reservertol for lunch, and an eye support, carnislim, and fish oil at night!

I take a lot more than that.

A similar question was raised not to long ago and there was some helpful information posted.  I will see if I can find that thread.

I take his Energy & Fat Metabolism and it had no impact on weight loss, but I love it for the energy part.

They must have not brought it over from the old forum.

If you want to know what his TS was in 2009, I can find that though.

Why would you ever think that supplements would damage your liver?      I assume you drink a lot of liquids to wash them down, but as for why you think they could be harmful .....    what makes you be concerned about this?

Re: Andrew Lessman Carnislim liquid

Nothing will overcome a bad diet, but I do take LCarnitine and yes it helps with energy and weight loss.

I take GNC's liquid LCarnitine. More potent and less expensive than Lessman's. I do love his products but if I can find something superior for less $ I'm not brand loyal. I did take his Energy & Fat burning factors? Can't recall the exact name, some nice effects for energy and weight loss but for me the liquid L Carnitine works better.

CNC's tastes like lemon flavored tea. I take a TBSP in a glass of cold water. I think they now have fruit punch as well.

Re: Andrew Lessman Carnislim liquid

Thank you all for the responses. Thanks to the kind lady who looked for the thread about taking multiple vitamins. My friend who is an RN swears that I am damaging my liver by taking all of these supplements. She says that my liver has to digest and break them down and it will eventually "pickle" it from excess vitamin overload that is not needed. I find that I am swallowing multiple pills every time I turn around. Smiley Sad
