Andrew Lessman Calicium Supplement Question

Was thinking of trying AL Calcium as I have a minor distaste for my chewable calcium and hate the large tablets. Is the Calcium/Magnesium any better than his regular Calcium with D3' and Vit K? I was surprised it is actually less expensive. Also, the two capsule daily dose per bottle is half of my current dose per doctor . Does anyone take four of these a day? Seems like a lot, though it is my recommended dose of 1000 mg. Thanks in advance. Susic.

If your recommended dose is 1000 mg per day, take 500 mg twice a day, do not take more than 600 mg in one dose, it will not absorb. I also take calcium with Vit K 1 and 2, D3 and magnesium.
