@wagirl  Love shopping at Haggen. Nobody has ever given me a tote of anything there. ha! But maybe one of these days. 

I love Ancient Nutrition (vanilla and also plain). I have noticed a big difference in my energy and general well-being. I haven't tried any of the specialised products of theirs, like for bone, muscle, etc. I use the plain/unflavored on my oatmeal in the morning, The vanilla is fine for just a glass of the product with water.

@World Traveler --was such a treat --the person who spotted us, is the pharmacist there, who DD and I are friendly with --we chit chat and laugh when we go pick up meds--so when she saw us go by, she rushed out to hand over the tote and the same when we left---walked by her and she again stopped us and handed us a 12 pak of Zevia brand  soft drinks!!! I do love Haggen too. Not sure I will buy any of the collagen tho---will research to see if there is a lower priced brand that contains the same things.
