I'm new to Ancient Nutrition, and am using one scoop daily. What do you use personally, one or two scoops a day?

Re: Ancient Nutrition Question

I use one. If memory serves me correctly, the original Ancient Nutrition (no flavor) container said 1-2 scoops daily; however, any time I have seen it demonstrated one scoop is mentioned.

I have the Vanilla flavor that I put over my morning steel cut oatmeal. That container says one scoop. I am consider getting the no-flavor one too and use it on foods where I don't want a vanilla flavor, and then use that second scoop in the evenings,  sprinkling it on my dinner.

I find results with the single scoop in the way of more energy, feeling better, and digestion. I am curious to see what two scoops would do.

Re: Ancient Nutrition Question

I received my order yesterday. I ordered Vanilla. The supplement label breaks down 1 scoop vs 2 scoops. The calories, protein and collagen for each. It's 10g of collagen for 1 scoop, or 20g for 2.

I'm starting with one scoop, glad to get 10g of collagen in my otherwise lacking nutrients morning coffee. If I tolerate it well, I may go up to 2 scoops, but it will depend on how much other protein I have for each day based on my meal planning.

I had my first cup this morning. I was glad that it didn't alter the taste of my coffee and it dissolved easily. Very pleased so far.

Re: Ancient Nutrition Question

I love the Ancient Nuitrition line of products. I used 1 1/2 scoops just this morning in a shake of blueberries, half a banana, ice and water.

I have been using their brain boost, and lean supplements depending on the day. I really noticed a difference with their brain boost ....the lean not so much. I am taking collagen for my skin, hair, and bones. So far so good.

Re: Ancient Nutrition Question

The amount someone would need varies depending on their nutritional need. For instance, I take two scoops of a collagen supp b/c I'm on bone density drugs plus I have issues with absorption so taking two would be better in my situation. You may not need two scoops but I do.

Re: Ancient Nutrition Question

Im considering this for skin and hair boost as well as to help repair shoulder damage ( iwas told to get a collagen supplement).

Is this product worth purchasing ??

Re: Ancient Nutrition Question

Always start slow with anything new. 10 mg is enough for hair and skin. If you are taking it for joint issues, it is said 20 mg.

Re: Ancient Nutrition Question

So yesterday, while DD and I were at our local Haggen store, one of the workers there, saw us walking by and she rushed up to us and handed us a very nice padded tote bag FULL of products and in it was Ancient Nutrition collagen paks!! I'm drinking one in my hot choc right now--seems the store was having a huge customer appreciation day. There is no taste to it and it blended well with my hot drink. We got 4 of them. I did check the brand out and it was $42 for a pk of it. Not sure what the Q charges. Geez--we walked home with this bag filled as well as a 12 pak of Zevia soda!! All free!!
