I'm assuming you carry breath mints 24/7 for your ketosis breath.

That goes away after a few weeks.  Unlike coffee breath that's a constant with coffee drinkers.

I have asked @Susan Louise several times if she gets blood work done annually to check kidney functions etc.  No answer...that is very telling!

Crickets, @Susan Louise lost all credibility with me!  If you wanted to truly educate people you would answer questions. Its obvious you are just posting to get kickbacks....you just proved it not that I ever had any doubt since I have asked many times.

@spumoni99  I share info to help others. I have shared my health history. You just keep showing me that nothing I share will be enough. I've shared much more about myself than many other folks.

I've shared on several posts in the past about how my DH and my blood sugar & HBP levels have normalized after changing our lifestyle.

I even shared on another thread about my DH's blood sugar levels that went from 13.5 to 4.9!

He was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic in 2018. I was pre-diabetic at the time. I also had countless health issues.

Neither one of us are diabetic anymore. Our HBP is gone...along with so many other health issues...so many in fact they could wrap around corners.

I'm sure many here remember the long lists I would post about all our health issues that are now GONE!

There are many folks here who know I'm just passing on helpful info. Everyone can make their own choice about whether to look at or watch what I share.

You make it seem I make the videos or articles myself.

If you don't like anything I share, please feel free to pass what I post on by... Smiley Happy

I watched the video. Basically, two lay people discussing this guest's medical profile. His total cholesterol is near 400 and his LDL is heart attack level. He has a cardiologist but never says why. Correction...he suffers from cardiac arrhythmias and has worn a Holter monitor and adds other "stuff", his words. His kidney function is not optimum but he apparently has no idea how to actually read his labs. In fact he needed to Google to interpret them. Then he goes on to say he fired his doctor because he said his doctor doesn't have time to read some study he sent him.

The ignorance was shocking to me of just basic medical knowledge.

I will never understand how people allow themselves to follow YOUTUBE doctors and lay people profiting from their snake oil sales promotions. This stuff can actually KILL someone!!!!

@Trinity11 Thank you for sacrificing your time to watch that for me and others.  Just as I expected, nonsense.

@Susan LouiseI wasn't asking about sugar or high blood pressure, there are a lot of other things to worry about, you answered my question, you don't check.   Its your body, if you want to put your hands in a youtube snake oil salesman instead of a medical doctor thats your life but its irresponsible to push it on others.

Some people aren't fooled or taken in as easy as others.  They look at their overall health not a few indicators of health.

Did you watch it @Susan Louise ? The man has self confessed cardiac arrhythmias! He also has an LDL that can cause a stroke or heart attack! In addition his kidney function is not normal!  His total cholesterol is nearly 400! He is a walking time bomb for myocardial infarction or kidney failure.

@Trinity11

Tried watching the video lasted less than five minutes. Thank you, For taking one for the team, and your intelligence throughout this conversation. Did some investigation of YT channels found there's something consistent with each channel mind control techniques nothing new the same isolation techniques. For example....pushing join private closed groups of course for a price then repeating the same behavior over and over saying "we love you" your not alone though your family, and friends can't accept you we accept you will blah blah blah contribute extra money so we can save the "world" (PHD) >>> "proper human diet." mind 🤯 blowing!
