I have wanted to lose the same 10-15 lbs. for a few years.
I work out with a trainer twice a week - and on my own 3 more times a week. The pounds wouldn't budge and I was hungry all the time.
I just started using Almased. The can says Non-GMO, gluten free and unique fermentation (supposedly the new "buzz word" in health foods for 2014.)
It's just been two days but so far NO HUNGER at all, no "shakes", high energy.
Has anyone else used this product?
