Does anyone use this company's products for improving bone density?

Or do you mostly take a certain brand of calcium, vitaminD+K

Currently taking Fosamax no issues so far (only been 4 months) but was wondering if this AlgaeCal product is worth adding instead of the regular Calcium Citrate + Vitamin D + K

any thoughts?

My daily dosage for keeping my bone density is Calcium, Magnesium, D3 and K2.  Keeps my bone density in check, for over 20 years, I am 72 now.  I take plain old Calcium Carbonate 600 mg daily, and then I get an extra 220 mg in my Centrum Silver once daily multi vitamin/mineral supp. . I use Nutricost Calcium with D3, and Doctor's Best K2 , and Vitacost Mag Oxide 500 mg. Also take extra D3 .

I take a powdered Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Glycinate, K2, and Silica.  The doctor specificially said Calcium Citrate.  It's better absorbed than Calcium Carbonate.  I also take D3 and prescription D2.

It's pretty much impossible to find Calcium Citrate pills that arent large and without added D.  I have difficulty swallowing those large pills and since I take the large amount of D already, I don't want to add to that by taking a pill with added D, thus the Calcium Citrate powder.
