Air Innovations Humidifier

Received the TSV. Mine makes a very loud gurgling sound randomly throughout the night and this awakens me. It actually startles me from a deep sleep. I feel this is a defect, but did anyone else experience this? Did I do something wrong in assmebling it? Thanks!
