Thanks Mindy. Most readers are not taking this seriously, I think they are not really reading all the posts I made accurately. I am going to take your advice and report these episodes. All 3 doctors who diagnosed me are taking this seriously as well, and advised me to pursue research on both the vaccine and botox shots after the shingles vaccine.
I will ask my pharmacist about this now. Robin

All I know is that my Mother had Shingles and I nursed her the entire time. It was terrible on her.

My cat's Vet asked me every time I saw him if I'd gotten the Shingles shot yet. I kept saying no, not yet.

His wife had Shingles in her inner ear. She has never fully recovered from it. She was once a young, vibrant woman. She suffered terribly, still dizzy spells, etc.

I got the Shingles shot and I don't regret getting it. I only do in life what I think works for me.

I suggest everyone should do the same with everything in life.

Robinre, you are doing the right thing by getting this reported as an adverse event. Lack of reporting is why so many people use medications for years and suffer from unknown side effects.

I'm thankful that my outbreak of shingles wasnt the least bit painful aside from a swollen lymph node in my groin area.

Shingles are painful skin rash caused by Varicella Zoster Virus. It is commonly developed in people who have a weak immune system. I’m now doing research in Botox treatment at Aesthetic Advancement, Canada and I feel that there is less chance of developing shingles after Botox injection. The shingles can only develop if Botox injection weakens the immune system. The way of having injection can also vary the results and the after effects. My research is going on, I’ll be back with new findings.
