That;s because so many make those senseless resolutions - they very rarely keep for ore than a few weeks to loose weight and workout! Makes perfect business sense. They go with what sells before the holidays and after!

They usually start the exercise stuff after January 1st, it is a bit early this year.

@SeaMaiden sorry to say,exercise shows are not my thing.i do like certain fashion shows tho.this weekend my cable company is offering free hbo and max,so my stations have been back and forth with these.no qvc watching for me today!
