I've been thinking recently that I'd like to have some new workout videos.  Where can these be found?  Pilates website?

I saw those and the prices are unbelieveable.  I need levels 1 and 2 (I think) and just went to Youtube.  But, if you are advanced, you cannot beat the private access prices.  These same ones are more than three times the price on Amazon.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

Thanks...don't consider myself advanced, but one can always hope!  Which one would be better to buy?  Two are offered at the advanced level.  Any suggestions....just too good a value to pass up and I'll just  do my best to keep up.

I have both - the Integrated has the cardio rebounder exercises mixed into the routine, so its a stop start type of program switching off between the regular reformer and the rebounder throughout the routine.

The one that has the 2 discs has them separated and IMO you get more video content because I think each video is about 30 minutes whereas the Integrated is much less content. and I think only about 30 something minutes long in total.

so it all depends if you like to do your workout with the rebounder separate and even if you don't I think you get more assortment of both with the 2 DVD set.

Even if you don't think you're up to the level 3 in total I think for the price you might find some exercises to add to your routine.
