Advice Needed on Exercise Equipment

Hi all!

I'm looking for a good, non-electric, elliptical machine. Does such a thing exist? Can anyone recommend one?

Thank you so much!

The equipment I am going to reccomend is not an ellipitical. It is smilar I think. It is the Brenda Dygraf stepper. Non electrical and a good workout. Mine is in front of my T.V.

Re: Advice Needed on Exercise Equipment

There are many "non electric" elliptical machines on the market. I've had mine for going on 20 years now. The only "juice" it needs comes from 2 AA batteries and my legs. Find a price range and if possible try it out. Many people buy without using the exact piece of exercise equipment. If one plans on casual 5-10 minutes use? Maybe not so important, but if one uses this as their major cardiovascular workout? I won't buy anything without first being on it.

I will say it here to everyone that reads this: Like many other things

I had this and I find it to be unstable and not well made. Just my opinion. I donated it to the Good Will yesterday.( they are for sale there all the time for the same reason I guess...)

Ditto. I find it to be VERY sturdy, well made and stable.

I tried the dygraf stepper, but it never worked for me. It was a lemon. I couldn't get more than 3" of motion out of it, not enough do any good. I realize others are successful with it.
