I eat my non fat Greek Yogurt in the evening, couple hours before bed.


I have about 6 large tablespoons. Knock on wood no more problems with my acid reflux. 😃



Prior to figuring out the Greek Yogurt helped cure my acid reflux, I tried eating a banana and I tried drinking a glass of skim milk too.

No noticeable change eating the banana or drinking the skim milk.
