I know they have a lot of it in my Walmart because I have to plow through rows of it to find the ibuprofen, which is my mainstay.

I recently bought some at Costco and have seen it at Walgreens.

I always able to find Equate brand at my WM, even the 8 Hour Extended Release Arthritis formula.

Have you seen the commercials now for Advil that has Acetaminopnen added to it?? My hubby always told me to mix the 2 for better results.

Walmart has an extensive number of Tylenol choices. I just ordered some.

I just got the big double bottle package at Costco. I got it in-store so maybe not available online.

Many people would not want to get brand name Tylenol because of the excessive cost.

I use CVS brand and have had no issue finding it.   I use the 8 hour arthritis pain relief formula.  Has the same ingredients as Tylenol.

This explains the sign in Target today; limit of 2 on all acetaminophen products.  Glad I picked up a bottle.

@Icegoddess  Excedrin Migraine and Extra Strength are EXACTLY the same product.  One is in a green box, one a red box.

I stocked up on Excedrin Migraine when they stopped making it last year, so I'm good for awhil

Their website said they are out of stock, not discontinued.  Did you know that Excedrin Migraine and Excedrin have the identical ingredients?  I get migraines occassionally and now use a prescription.

@Sooner when I run out I might try the green box IF it's available since they have both been discontinued at the moment.  Darvocets were the best, but since they pulled those none of the prescripton stuff did anything for me except put me to sleep or make me sick.  And, you can feel pain even when you're asleep, I guess because it's a lighter sleep.  I just went for the Migraine box after my prescription stuff got pulled and the others didn't work and it seemed to work for me.

@henderson  Both Extra Strength Excedrin and Excedin Migraine have been temporarily discontiinued.

Actually, if they are both exactly the same then I would expect that both of them would be discontinued togther since they would be manufactured exactly the same.
