Don't know anything about this stuff. Wonder if it fell the same way as baby formula! Lot'sa stuff that used to be plentiful to find, and reasonably priced! Now seems to be almost extinct, and priced hi as he!! if ya can find it.

I was a regular user of Glyoxide (canker stores) until it disappeared. I used to get it at Walmart, but Wegmans and Tops carried it, too, so I never had to go out of my way.

Then, about 2 months ago, I found it at Walgreens--with an expiration date, BTW, of late 2024. I got the large size.

I can also recommend Colgate's Peroxyl, still available everywhere, for those darn canker sores!

I just snagged the last 2 oz bottle of GlyOxide at my nearest Walgreens.  I hadn't been able to find it anywhere for quite awhile. 

I've been using it for 50+ years, since I had an inflamed taste bud that was sticking out from the side of my tongue that made eating agonizing, since it was hard to keep from biting it.  My mom's dr. had a look & told me to get some GlyOxide & when i got home I tried it & within 30 minutes, it took care of that nasty little thing!  Since then, I've tried never to be without it for canker sores & such.  Great stuff!

ETA: The price at Walgreens for the larger 2 oz size was $18.99. They had an empty slot for the smaller size for $12.99.

Customer service for Gly-oxide says that they can not obtain the tips and caps for the Glyoxide prosoduct and so have had to suspend distribution until such time as they can get many more bottle caps. (866)855-5202. W, 5/24/2023

I bought a 2 pack from Amazon last time I made a purchase. Still have 1 full bottle left. I use it if my gums around my crowns get inflamed. 

Check with the pharmacy to see if they have it behind the counter. Once Wal-Mart was out of stock but the clerk said I can get you a larger bottle from behind the counter.
