Sometimes I get on youtube to look up something and find myself going down the rabbit hole. Welp, I did that about three months ago and stumbled upon nice relaxing videos by various users who upload content that:
they speak softly in (whisper)
make sounds that give you the tingly's and relax you
Have any of you ever heard of this? Been to one of these channels on youtube? I have subscribed to two so far.
By far the most relaxing to me is one woman who takes dried flowers and tissue paper to arranges and re-arranges them, pressing them together or whatever to make a soft gentle welcoming sound. I'm hooked. I tell ya, I'm hooked.
I also like one channel that a woman uploads content to discuss but she always whispers. I have decided to listen to some of this before going to sleep at night in the hopes it helps me fall to sleep faster!

Haha, so am I! I started to listen to asmr on YouTube about seven years ago and it's helped me a lot in getting to sleep except when the ads come on and I wake up. When it started there weren't a lot of content creators, now there are thousands.
I love the role play ones like getting your hair shampooed and cut or visiting the tailor or just someone writing things on a dry erase board. I don't experience the response a lot but it still is relaxing.
I'm glad you're enjoying it too!

I saw a role play one where she was just rubbing gently on your face. So nice.

I love the facials and it doesn't cost a thing!
