@DJP

I've been taking it since it first came out. I didn't think it would make a noticeable difference but it did/does.

@Kachina624  You can believe it because you researched it online I guess!  It's great that you do research things but I find what my ortho doctor told me about the great results coming from medical research that is now showing that many years of taking a quality collagen powder (not tablet) participants lost no cartilage and it actually thickened it in over 50% .

He's specifically taking about Marine Collagen Peptides not just basic (not hydrolyzed) collagen. There are studies that validate what he's specifically talking about.

@SunnyBeach

Exactly.

It is this specific type of Collagen that has been shown to be very beneficial. Other types do not offer the same benefits & will definitely cost less. Studies using those types of Collagen will not have good things to say.

But, more important to me than studies are my own personal results and testimonials from others who use the product. After all, there are lots of studies praising countless supplements that, when tried, did absolutely nothing for me.

@SunnyBeach Probably on PubMed since he's always saying to research there.

As a long time Lessman customer of several products I can say that I do feel better when I am on the product (s). However, I just cancelled an auto ship of 1 product that I've used for over 10 years that I now find ineffective. In a nutshell, every experience/result is unique.

In general I find Andrew to be reputable with his people at Pro Labs (Las Vegas) extremely helpful.

I bought other vitamins that I stopped taking for no good reason. I have to finish those before I get more. I wouldn't know what to get. Just one item will be enough for my budget.

Hi @dimin , I've been taking Andrew's supplements since 2007. -- I've actually tried 30-40 different brands before I decided that Procaps Labs were the best around, hands down.

I think it's always a good idea to start small and first see how one or two items work for you rather than to use a scattergun approach. -- These are the top individual items that I would recommend:

1) COQ10 and Multi-Vitamin (tied for #1)

2) Vitamin D

3) Omega-3 fatty acids

4) Vitamin B12

Andrew's COQ10 is a bit if a mini multi-vitamin because it includes the full B vitamin complex (around 6 different B vitamins), Vitamin D and VItamin C. -- TODAY 600 capsules are $169.90 in his TS.

Andrew's Essential-1 with 3,000 IU Vitamin D multi-vitamin -- this contains a full range of essential nutrients (including vitamin Bs, C and much more0 BUT without the COQ10.

COQ10 is crazy important for energy especially for anyone who is over 40 or 45. -- If you are in that age bracket, I'd suggest the COQ10 complex over the Essential-1 multivitamin. -- If you are under that age bracket, then I'd suggest the Essential-1 multi-vitamin.

Additionally, you really need to have at least 500mg of Omega-3s daily. -- Nordic Naturals liquid Omega-3s are about $24 for an 8oz bottle at either iherb or vitacost. You could take half a daily dose daily, so a bottle would last you for 98 days.

If you take COQ10, you need to take a bit of fat with it because COQ10 is fat soluble. -- That's a fancy of saying that unless you take it with fat, then your body won't be able to absorb it. A teaspoon of coconut oil or olive oil will do the trick.

Btw, if you order one of these from HSN, I think their holiday return policy is in effect which I think lets you return the product through January 31, 2018. That would give you three and a half months to decide it the product works for you. -- Make sure to chekc with HSN on their holiday return policy.

Best of luck!! Smiley Happy
