So I finally pulled this out of the box this evening and attempted to assemble it using the instructions that came with the unit plus a short video that's on the Q's website. The video WOULD be of help, except the graphic/screen is SO small and can't be enlarged. The instructions leave a lot to be desired as well.

The video presentation and demo made this all look so simple. Yeh, right.

The bed seems like it is not wide enough for the frame and therefore keeps sliding off. Because of this the three cables that attach it to the frame won't fit securely into their designated spots since they don't line up correctly. This is DANGEROUS. I tried and tried and just can't seem to get it to work.

So now I am stuck with a $400 machine that can't be used. Unless I can get some insight as to what I could possibly be doing wrong (even though it appears to the contrary), I'm packing it all up and it's going back...and I will NEVER order anything like this again.

I'm just angry at myself because I was foolish enough to fall for the sales pitch.

If anyone can help me, please feel free to chime in. Thanks.
