You absolutely did, I remember it because I realized while reading the post I had not seen you in awhile.  Cannot imagine why it would have been deleted, but someone took it down.

Haha, Thank you so much for confirming! I thought I was losing my mind. Maybe, I think I must have listed websites or something I wasn't supposed to because I copied and pasted a big portion of my post.

Re: A CHOLESTACARE ALTERNATIVE?

Let me first say that I not, I repeat, not an expert on this cholesterol subject.  I'm only posting because I've purchased Lessman's Cholestacare and his Choconuvo.  Have I taken the Cholestacare as directed?  No.  And I snack on the Choconuvo instead of regular chocolate.  That said, I had my labs done last week for my annual physical.  My cholesterol only came down 11 points, BUT, according to my doc, I haven't been taking the Cholestacare like I should so there's not much of a change.  It should be taken before, during or after a meal that has a bit of fat.  I was just taking one pill in the morning along with my vitamin.  I'm now understanding how to take my vitamins and supplements and will see next year if they are making a difference.

I like Lessman's products because there's not stomach upset.

Plant sterols need to be taken just as you sit down to a meal for best results.  Preferably lunch and dinner. There is really no benefit to taking them at any other times. For max benefit you shuld take up to 2 grams per day or 2000 mg.

Re: A CHOLESTACARE ALTERNATIVE?

Same for me,  I tried one dose of Berberine and got terrible acid reflux. For some peopel this is a common side effect.

Berberine needs to be taken with food or shortly before eating and don't lay down after you take it. That will only cause it to come back up. Berberine is a very fine powder and when the capsules release the powder in the stomach, the powder can float to the surface and cause reflux. Take it will lots of water and with food to avoid that from happening. Take only 500mg at a time. More than that can cause stomach upset.
