6 month Update!

I am totally amazed it will be going on 6 months this coming week of NO SMOKING!!!!

It was very hard but I'm so proud of myself that I let my mind take control of the situation. If you believe you can't do it, you will be very surprised that one can do almost anything if you put your mind to it. Thanks to all of you that have shared your support and experiences since it's been truly appreciated.

Seriously I'm a very happy person. I also have my fingernails grown out again. Next, a body makeover and that's possible too!

I take a quick peek at the grocery store as to how much a carton of cigs are now..we're over $85 a carton and it was about a pack a day for me.
