Flea, that is awesome!

My Mom and my brother have the patience for flea markets.  It pays off because they get great deals.

My Dad and I will go into Nordstrom's, buy what we want and leave in under 10 minutes.

That's cool that you work with your sister.

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.

Flea, I wish my Mom used eBay.  She is a thrifter and finds great deals at second hand stores and flea markets.

She sells her finds at consignment shops and supplements her retirement income quite nicely, but she could do much better on eBay.

Hi Honny, I make a living buying at yard sales & flea markets & reselling. I've sold some things on ebay that would have never brought close to that amount in the Store. My sister & I have an indoor Flea Market, we rent out space & are open 7 days a week. Sellers don't have to be there, we have a system & pay out once a month. I absolutely love what I do & who I do it with.

There are some things that bring more in the store so it's nice to have 2 options & I've been real slack on ebay lately. My need determines my motivation & the Store is really good now. But I've got some GOOD ebay stuff waiting in the wings.

Oh gosh FleaMktQn, I always wondered if that was what you did...How awsome, I love love finding good bargins....

I have had to stop Wen for a bit, getting ready to go back on...I got rosacea really bad on my eyelids and cheek...I was worried about the Menthol buring it, but it;s some better now, so have figured out a way to wash without it getting on my face, just to be safe...My hair has been so sad, but my eyelids were just on "fire" itching and burning..Can't wait to start my Wen back again...

Enjoy your business...Smiley Happy

Mimi, I'm so glad you're back Woman Very Happy Did you get all moved?

I missed seeing your posts.

Sorry to hear about the rosacea, maybe the stress from moving was a factor, glad it's getting better. Have you thought about trying the Wen Kids? I got some a couple weeks ago & I really like it & no menthol.

quadmimi, welcome back to the forum. I'm glad your move to Arizona went well!!

I'm sorry to hear about your rosacea on your eyelids and cheeks. That sounds so painful. I'm glad it's starting to feel better.

RunnerMom had some great ideas about adding honey to Wen CC formulas that were too drying for her hair in the  Wen - priming dry hair with MIF Cleansing Conditioner thread (messages #14, #17 and #19).

I think you are my Mom's long lost daughter.

When I was in my 20s, I took her to Reading (a city of outlet malls) for Mother's Day.  We went to the Coach Outlet and there was a Hobo purse for $75.  I thought the price was great, but she said it was too much.

A few years later, I bought that purse and the matching wallet for her for her birthday.

Thanks bebe....I will look that up...MIF is my all time favorite...Wen for sure isn't the culprit of my rosacea, but just being careful that nothing irrates it...Also my Husband added a sprayer, (am coming up with new ways to get as little on my face area as possible)..You don't even know how great Wen is on your hair til you have been off it for a bit...!

Was that TT gallon thrift store find opened or sealed? How did you do a chemical test on it?I wonder, what CC was in two other, unmarked ones. What a find! It's simply amazing!

sonechko, it was open which was why I analyzed it.

I did SG and GC/MS.

The other two had no label at all.  They could have been motor oil.

HoneyBrown, that's so cool that you found a gallon of Wen Tea Tree in a thrift store for $2. I was so bummed when I read that you missed getting the other gallons, but at least you have a whole TT gallon!!

I'm really curious as to what SG and GC/MS analysis is.

lol, from now on when I venture into thrif stores, I'll have a whole new focus. Smiley Wink
