@World Traveler, I can not wait until the new winter comes to Q then hopefully ebay!!!  But in the meantimeeeee, would you say the scent for new winter scent is a woodsy scent, does the mint scent come through?  Is it more like the Fall WVP as in more perfumed type scent rather than what it sounds like.   Just trying to get a idea if the new winter is more woodsy with mint or more perfume like with mint?

i tried to see if any of my relatives were going down to the US anytime soon as I would have ordered from Chaz but nope, lol lol trips to the States are done for the year so I have to be patient, and being patient for new wen is hard for me! Lol lol lol

For my leave-in and all styling products, he used the new Winter White Forest, which smells so, so good! I really like this scent, which makes me feel like I am in a snowy forest smelling all the green trees and bushes, and giving a very light, but definite cool mint sensation to the aromatherapy of the product. It definitely does not have the chocolate scent, like Vanilla Mint does, but this will be a wonderful addition to the winter choices.

@Denise from Canada I almost hate to say, because many times someone describes something on the WEN thread and I get a different "take" on the product when I get it home. LOL!!!

However, since you asked, I do not personally smell a woodsy scent. I definitely smell a mint scent. It reminded me of being out in the woods, in the snow, and smelling the pine trees. Also like smelling a fresh Christmas tree. 

When I used it again this morning, I closed my eyes and imagined myself out on a sleigh with reindeer pulling me thru a forest filled with fresh snow. No lie! ha! 

But I can't promise you that it will be the same experience for you. I am so, so glad I grabbed a bottle of it at the salon to keep using before getting a lot more of it when he is on QVC the end of November.

I will be interested in your impression (and everyone else's!).

@World Traveler, hmmm, so maybe some "spruce or balsam " scent in there?   I know you and I are fans of the same scents, so I am thinking if you love it, then it's likely I will as well lol lol lol.    I don't like spring florals either, and doubt I will even try any spring next year, but mint and melon, that sounds like it could be a good one!

@Denise from Canada I hope he has some samples for people to try, because I was completely surprised that I liked his Fresh Floral. I believe there are quite a few people like me who love flowers, but don't want to have that overwhelming floral scent on us all day. Perhaps he will showcase it with something else, like he did his TSV on 9/1, where you could get your classic CC and have a 16-ounce of the Fresh Floral. That would be a nice way to go.

Just got out of the shower and used the White Forest. Still loving it! 

Can't comment on the spruce or balsam, as I wouldn't know what they smell like unless it was right under my nose and someone said "that is spruce; that is balsam"! ha! But I think you have the idea with the Christmas tree reference. I love the mountains and I used to hike a lot and backpack. So the smell of fresh trees in a crisp, chilly morning up high in the mountains would be a good way to put it.

If you buy it, don't stone me if you hate it! LOL!  No, I really think you will like it.

If this smells like Spruce or Balsam, or like a Christmas Tree, I think I would be much less interested.  Too bad Chaz doesn't do samples he can ship out with previous seasonal purchases so we can test out the upcoming scents!
