Ordered four sets the moring this was offered, never received.  I have contacted QVC on four different occassions, told it was held up by Chaz Dean, as they fulfill all orders now (since COVID).  Contacted Chaz Dean.com, was told "QVC made a mistake - your order is canceled".  Huge disappointment in the way orders are poorly handled - bad communication.  Apparently they offered the wrong combination, or pricing perhaps?  Been a faithful user of WEN but this incident has left me a little turned off by the lack of attention to my order.
