Re: Wen - How do you use 613?

I've never mixed the formulas, simply because I don't care for the mixture of different scents together.  So I use 613 by itself.  It's just my personal preference.

Now that I have a nice supply of Winter Vanilla Mint (thank you, Chaz!!), I use it a couple of times a week, and the 613 the rest of the time, both by themselves.

I use 613 on its own, one cleanse, once every couple of weeks. It acts like a conditioning mask on my hair. I don't use it often because like you said, it's more expensive.

I didn't notice much difference in performance with the 613 styling creme compared to the others. When I had it, I used it every day after a shower in my soaking wet hair.

Re: Wen - How do you use 613?

613 is my regular face and body cleanser. I will use it for my second (hair) cleanse maybe every other week, but I really like it more for my face and body!! It removes make-up like a champ and is a great partner to my Clarisonic. As s body cleanser I use it with my loofah, and my skin is totally exfoliated and baby bum soft, too!

I use 613 alone. I  use it every other time I cleanse, as it is more expensive.

Re: Wen - How do you use 613?

Periodically, I'll add 1 pump to my second cleanse.  I normally use the Classics line for both cleansing.  Just using it alone (probably used too much) made my hair crunchy and dry.  Now, with that awesome 613/319 TSV, I have a lot of the CCs, so I'll be using more of it for my body wash.

Re: Wen - How do you use 613?

I love 613, but thanks to TSV & the new 319 i am switching to the 319.. It has a lower menthol listing & no added fragrance, all which should work better for me.. 613 SC is my all time fav product, so hoping 319 SC will work the same..i use a whole pump in my wet hair & more after i have it to damp stage..

I add alot more water to my cleanse when i use it..Smiley Happy

For me, 613 is too heavy on its own.  However, adding two pumps to whatever I'm using as my second cleanse does amazing things to my hair.  Such body and softness.  I think 613 just makes everything else better.  I have yet to use it as a leave-in or overnight treatment.  But that will be next!

It is also really nice to use as a facial cleanser.  I especially like to use it in the morning to cleanse my face.  I do have other facial cleansers that I use but 613 is a nice choice as a cleanser.  I don't use it instead of a shower gel but do know that some Wenners do.

@cac140, I am adding 613/319 into my second cleanse almost every time too! Occasionally, I do an entire cleanse with it, but only occasionally. I've done it by itself couple times in a row, and it was over-kill. This is why I won't overnight with 613 for my hair, but rather with a re-moist, or adding a little bit into the re-moist for overnight. I can also add into the re-moist MIF, FIG, or SHP. They are too, very moisturizing.
