I was watching Shaun's show tonight. They had a product from Aveda. It was I think Shelia that I use to see alot when Chaz was on before Covid. I was just curious why some of the models aren't showing WEN anymore?

I don't remember Sheila being a WEN model.  If so, it may have been for a very short time years ago.

If the models want to represent another brand (model other hair care products), they can no longer be WEN models.

@MamawskidsMamawskids  I suspect that models have to model what the Q tells them to.  If you normally use WEN, but the Q wants to use you to model Aveda for one show, odds are you'll go into the salon, let them use Aveda on you for the show; wash, dry, style or whatever, you do your air time, and go home and go back to your WEN.  It isn't going to kill you or destroy your hair, even if it strips it a little and dries it out some, you just Re-Moist that night and fix the damage the other product did to your hair with WEN.  I know that, from trying some of the other lines of hair products the Q sells, that I won't touch anything BUT WEN with a ten foot pole (Ojon, Tweak'd, Nick Chavez).  I've had such BAD results from other brands that I don't fall for the hype with their newer lines, like Aveda or Bumble&Bumble, I just won't buy them.  I'm a WEN user for life!

Yes, I've done the same thing. My personal opinion, I thought it made her hair look dry. Love my WEN!

I used Aveda for years before becoming a WEN girl and loved it.  However, my hair was not as soft & hydrated like it is with WEN.  I spent an hour styling it to keep the frizz at bay.  Once I started using WEN even on my second day hair when I do NOTHING to it after rolling out of bed, I still get compliments.  I guess I'm just used to having great WEN hair and I do notice a difference on salon day (my hair stylist uses a line she sells).  I come home and either do an oil or remoist treatment.

Me too!  I get compliments when I roll out of bed, throw on a shower cap and shower but not cleanse my hair, not comb it, just let it down!
