Knowing what happened last year, I was trying to find a way to notify just you guys in that post. I figured more detail would get others to reading when they saw the name.

@FleaMktQn, I dont know if they are trying to make it one vote per device period, daily or if simply cleaning the cache is what we are supposed to do. I didnt see any instructions.

I'm devastated.  For  the past month and a half I've had no time to do my biweekly oil treatments.  This was not by choice, I'm on call and was afraid I would get a call to run out at any moment day or night. Well most of you know my wen story and how it saved my hair many years ago.  This was the beginning of my love of Wen. 

Well I just got back from getting my roots done and my hair like many years ago is falling out in clumps.  Granted I've been under much stress but I believe it could have been prevented if I did my oil treatments. The first thing I did was put oil on my scalp when I came home.   I know now it doesn't matter if a get caught with oil on my hair in an emergency I cannot do without oil treatments.

@ANewHue I'm so sorry to hear of the stress in your life.  I so agree that adds to shedding more than normal. I hope things get back to normal for you soon. ☀️
