  I've been wondering what Desert Poppy would smell like since the California poppy is not a scented flower.

I take it by "litter", you pick up the smell of kind of a dry, sandy desert atmosphere?

...maybe one of the balancing notes is reminiscent of cat pee?

Bless you! Your talented olfactory picks up on that and isolates it, whereas most noses will be unable to. There are actually some very stinky scents used in blending fragrances.

I have to avoid the luscious Summer Honey Peach because I smell something "skunky" where others just smell mouth watering fresh peach.

I passed that empty SHPeach bottle around to my neighbours on a summer day and they all smelled sweet ripe peaches...no skunk.

I had an exchange with someone who always smelled warm fresh (i can't even say it) in Classic Fig.

I believe it's synthetic scents that smell the same to everyone. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Thank goodness Chaz blends something for every nose.

Winter Red Current has a real earthy smell to me, like saturated soil and decaying leaves following snow melt. Mixed with this is a fresh green scent of crushed geranium leaf and bergamot.

Romantically, it's the promise of the rebirth in spring, rising from the decay of the previous year.

Find a gardener who loves the stink of wet garden dirt, natural breakdown in process, and fragile young greenery under their nose (like me). They'll probably enjoy your excess WRC.

LOL I love the scent of classic FIG!  You are right something for everyone. 

MY thought always is Spring Honey Lilac is so strong, you can mix anything with it & it would still smell like SHL..(it's not bad if you like florals, just super strong)

I do like Chaz's lilac.

My neighbour grows a lilac right at the property line, and every spring when it's in bloom I sit right under it to read. It always makes me want to go in and wash my hair...with SHLilac of course!

It really is a true lilac scent.

Thanks for the tip. I'm going to mix a bit of lilac into the Bella I want to use up. It might work. It's the lavender in the Bella that I don't like.

@x HedgeYes, I agree!! Chaz has something for everyone's nose. Hey, I even think coffee smells like "skunk" in a good way. LOL Hubby and I call it skunk water.

Do any of you guys ever swap stuff with each other?  As if I didn't have enough of a compulsion to match all my Barefoot Dreams outfits, when I cleanse I love to match my WEN oil and styling products.  But as we know, the best values are in Duos and Trios.

I just got my Spring CC set, my first Spring seasonals EVER!  Well, except for whenever Chaz's AD debut was 15 yrs ago or so.  I love the honey lilac so far, and would love to get some styling creams but it's hard to find the seasonal trios when they do it.

I was just wondering if anyone ever splits sets and swaps/sells.

Also, anyone want a huge Winter Currant body cream?   The scent is waaay too strong for me!  I hate to just chuck it in the trash!!
