Hey ya'll, I saw on a thread recently that you can add shipments to auto delivery or something like that.  Can anyone explain how to do that?  I want my newly discovered FTP on repeat!!!  I'm a noob and LOVE this community of other Wenners. Talking to my mom about my completely obsession with all things Wen is practically a one sided conversation. A girl can only hear "my poor baby" so much

Hi @Prunella welcome to the Wen forum and the wenderful world of Wen!!

The only FTP product that has an autodelivery option is: 

WEN by Chaz Dean 32oz. Fall Cleansing Conditioner Auto-Delivery 

Choose Tuscan Pear, Ginger Pumpkin or Apple Spice

The A/D option is for a total of two shipments because it's a Seasonal item. If you really like it then you might think about purchasing more to hold you through the year. I think FTP will be back next fall, though I don't know for sure. 

That said, if you are new to Wen then I'd suggest you make your purchasing decisions slowly becasue there are a lot of great Wen scents... and a total of 12 different Seasonals.

If you order the 32 oz. FTP on AD you should be able to up the quantity on the AD so if you wanted three bottles for the second shipment instead of one you can change it to that on the Auto Delivery page in your account.

With the last tsv I ordered TT  on A/D and CA on single ship.  My order status for CA is giving me the option to change to A/D!!  I never saw that before, I might do it- we're giving CA a good test run in my household first.

Correct. Once you've ordered it on AD you can go to the Auto Delivery page in your account. If you click the Edit link next to the line where it shows when your next shipment is, it lets you change the quantity for your next order so even if your initial order was only for one bottle you can up the quantity within the same order for the next shipment.

Yes, it is totally possible, and I think you can up it to 5 bottles.

On rare occasions Q may cancel A/D, if for whatever reason, they are not able to fulfill the orders. They did it with the WWC Mousse and Styling Creme duo last Spring, But they apologized!!!   Well, this was a rare event.

Meanwhile, yeah, go ahead try tweaking your next shipment.

Generally speaking Auto Delivery is great! Especially, when you bought a special price deal, and lock yourself into that price with A/D!
