@tidegirl72 The following comes from a person who works very closely with Chaz:

Anything purchased from the brand will show up in the numbers captured during airtime. It all goes towards the goal. Just to add info on why they track all items sold, it's a great indication of what is attracting the customer(s). Great tool for planning upcoming shows when identifying what's selling. The offset is it puts dollars into the airtime that helps goals.

As long as he or Gina is presenting, it will count towards his goals/quota. If he is presenting gallons the entire hour and you want to purchase one of his mousse sets, then it will count towards his QVC goals if you purchase it during the gallon presentation.
