Posterchild and geezerette are spot on about the relationship of WEN to water. 

 

If you're stingy with either WEN or water you will be unhappy with the results. People who report "flat, greasy, weighed down" hair are trying to get by with using WEN like shampoo, which it is not.

 

☆Follow directions

☆dont cheat on #of pumps

☆be generous with water before, during cleanse, and rinsing (I rinse for minutes, not seconds)

☆and don't skip the 2nd cleanse.
